REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please see this link to begin your return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

A refund will be issued once the item is received and processed at our warehouse. Please allow 10 business days to process the refund. Refunds can only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the order.

 

RETURNS

Follow the instructions on the screen to generate a prepaid postage label, you may print out and attach to your return packaging. You can schedule a Fed-Ex pick up when you create your return label, or bring the package to a Fed-Ex drop box or a brick and mortar location. Returning from Canada?
